Mitsubishi Electric MS-T/N series SHL-V320 large capacity vacuum magnetic contactor combining a vacuum switch with an AC operated DC excited electromagnet for high performance, long life and maintenance free operation. Mechanical latch mechanism holds the contacts without continuous coil excitation. Rated insulation voltage 1500V three phase, rated operational current and capacity 320A 75kW at AC220V, 320A 150kW at AC440V, 320A 200kW at AC550V, 320A 400kW at AC1000V, 320A 600kW at AC1500V, three phase capacitor rating 250A 75kVA at AC220V, 250A 150kVA at AC440V, 250A 200kVA at AC550V, open thermal current 350A. No arc clearance is required so the panel can be made smaller, there is no coil humming or current interruption noise, and there is no arc blowout which keeps the unit safe in harsh ambient conditions. Switching frequency 1200 operations per hour. Electrical 250,000 operations on three phase motor AC-3 class, 100,000 operations on three phase capacitor, mechanical 250,000 operations. Standard auxiliary contacts 2a2b, with a 4a4b configuration available on request. Compliant with JIS C8201-4-1, JEM 1038, IEC 60947-4-1. A surge absorber is not required for motor loads of 7.5kW and above but should be fitted for loads of 5.5kW and below. SH-V160 to V600 carry UL component recognition and CSA certification.
