Common questions
Is shipping included in the quote?
It depends on the trade terms. EXW and FOB quotes exclude international freight; CIF, CFR and DDP include it. Your Proforma Invoice always states the terms and any freight line.
Who handles import customs?
Under DDP we arrange import clearance and duties. Under other terms the buyer clears the goods; FedEx and DHL offer brokerage on most routes.
Can I combine several orders?
Yes. Orders placed close together can be consolidated into one shipment, which usually lowers freight cost.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?
Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and the packing list reference. We handle the claim with the carrier.
