Is ProSource MRO free for buyers?
Yes, absolutely! We charge 0% commission to buyers. You only pay the supplier's quoted price plus any applicable shipping costs. Our platform is completely free for all buyer activities.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled directly between you and the supplier. Most Korean suppliers accept wire transfers, letters of credit, and PayPal for smaller orders. We provide secure escrow services for high-value transactions if needed.
Are there any minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by supplier and product type. Many Korean manufacturers are flexible with smaller quantities, especially for testing and samples. We clearly display MOQs in all quotes so there are no surprises.
Quality and verification
How do you verify suppliers?
All suppliers undergo rigorous verification including business license verification, factory audits, quality certifications, and financial stability checks. We only work with established Korean manufacturers and authorized distributors.
