This 'All in One' compact manifold integrates vacuum generation, solenoid valve, vacuum break air control, suction confirmation pressure sensor, and SI unit into a single base, dramatically reducing wiring and piping. SUP/EXH ports: common SUP/EXH (3/5-port consolidation). Internal wiring: -Common. Built-in pressure sensors: 1-5 units (configurable). Port 1(P), 3/5(E): ø8 one-touch fitting. Port 4(A), 2(B): ø2/ø4/ø6 one-touch fitting. Compatible valves: JSY1100/1200/1300/1400/1500/1A00 series solenoid valves. Application: material handling (pickers, small robots, pick&place, cartoners). Configurable options (number of stations 2-24, pressure sensor count 1-5, spacer-type ejectors with check valve and silencer, vacuum break flow control unit, cylinder port sizes, mixed valve types) configured per project on request.
