CKD DPS SEPEL switch that inserts a micro differential pressure sensor into an air bridge circuit to confirm vacuum suction of small nozzles.

Key features

  • Confirms suction with nozzles as small as dia. 0.15 mm
  • Detects suction even when the workpiece leaks
  • Selection: DPS-05-05 for nozzle 0.15-0.5, -07 for 0.5-1.0, -10 for 0.7-1.4 mm
  • Fast response 5 ms (sensor body)
  • NPN open collector output, DC30 V 60 mA
