Hivetecks Aluminium Honeycomb Panel (6-100 mm, Building Facade)

Hivetecks is Hongseong Industrial's aluminium honeycomb panel, with metal skins bonded to an aluminium honeycomb core for the best stiffness-to-weight ratio among composite panels. It is produced on Korea's first and only continuous honeycomb panel line for uniform quality.

Key features

  • Aluminium honeycomb core gives excellent flatness and very low weight
  • Skins in aluminium or other metals (GI, stainless steel) for different applications
  • Alternative to plywood, urethane foam and solid aluminium or timber panels
  • In-house film-type adhesive for uniform, durable bonding
  • Continuous-line production for higher consistency than press-laminated panels
  • Used for building exteriors and in shipbuilding, railway, vehicle and aerospace applications
