KCC CERAK WOOL Refractory Accessories (Moldable, Cement, Bond)

KCC CERAK WOOL refractory accessories - Moldable fibre paste, Coating Cement, Rigidizer and Bond - are used to repair, coat, harden and bond fibre linings and refractories in high-temperature furnaces.

Key features

  • Moldable: heat-setting fibre paste for lining and refractory repair, not wetted by molten aluminium
  • Coating Cement: alumina-based hard refractory coat against gas velocity and abrasion
  • Rigidizer: raises blanket wind resistance from 15 m/s to max. 25 m/s
  • Bond: paste adhesive between refractories and fibre, e.g. veneer modules
  • Store above 5C; do not use frozen product
