KOINO IPX series AC 2-wire high-frequency oscillation inductive proximity sensors (NO or NC) for 90-250 VAC supply, in cylindrical 12 / 18 / 30 mm and rectangular 25 / 30 / 40 mm bodies.

  • Connection styles: pre-wired 2 m cable (no suffix), M12 connector (R) or wire connector (W); rectangular bodies are cable type (S)
  • Setting distance 0-1.6 / 0-3.2 / 0-4.0 / 0-6.4 / 0-8.0 / 0-12.0 mm for the cylindrical sizes, 0-4.0 / 0-4.0 / 0-8.0 / 0-16.0 mm for the rectangular sizes
  • Detects ferrous and non-ferrous metals (steel 100 %, stainless approx. 60 %, brass 40 %, aluminium 30 %, copper 28 %); hysteresis 10 % max
  • Red LED operation indicator, IP67, nickel-plated brass body with PBT sensing face (rectangular: PBT body)
  • IPW relay cables are ordered separately for connector (R / W) models
  • Rectangular bodies in 25 / 30 / 40 mm square (no 17 mm size for AC 2-wire)
  • Response frequency 20 Hz; load current 10-200 mA, leakage (consumption) current 2.5 mA max
  • Two sensors can be wired in series (AND) or in parallel (OR) subject to residual-voltage and leakage-current limits
