SMC AP74 High-Purity Flow Switch (2 to 100 L/min, 1/4 Face Seal)

SMC AP74 series high-purity flow switch in which a magnet float actuates a reed switch (SPDT) when flow exceeds the set value, for process gas lines up to 24.1 MPa.

Key features

  • Magnet float operates an SPDT reed switch when flow exceeds the set value (N.C. or N.O. contact)
  • Six set flows from 2 to 100 L/min (nor) at N2 100 psig; accuracy +/-10% or 0.5 L/min
  • SUS316L double-melt body; working pressure vacuum to 3500 psig (24.1 MPa)
  • 1/4 face seal female/male or tube weld connections; install vertically with inlet down
  • Internal finish Ra 0.4 um standard, M (0.25 um) option
