SMC D-MP Actuator Position Sensor (IO-Link, 25 to 200 mm)

SMC D-MP actuator position sensor that mounts in a cylinder auto switch groove and outputs the stroke position as an analog signal, with switch output and IO-Link.

Key features

Four measuring ranges: 25, 50, 100 and 200 mm; repeatability 0.1 mm, resolution 0.05 mm
Analog current (4 to 20 mA) or voltage (0 to 10 V) output, switchable and invertible; measuring range adjustable
NPN or PNP switch output with 4 modes (single point, auto switch, window, 2-point via IO-Link), normal / reversed output
IO-Link V1.1 (COM3) transmits 4 switch outputs and position value; touch pad setting on the sensor
Mounts directly from above into auto switch grooves of cylinders, CQS, MXH, MXS, MXQ and air chucks (MHZ, MHZL2, MHL2, MHF2 etc.)
IP67; lead wire 2 m or M8 / M12 4-pin connector 0.3 m
