SMC INR-244 Peltier Thermo-Bath (Made-to-Order, Square/Round, 140-320 W)

SMC made-to-order Peltier-type thermo-baths that precisely control liquid temperature in the bath, in square water-cooled, square air-cooled and round water-cooled versions.

Key features

  • Peltier element with low vibration and high precision; temperature stability +/-0.02 to 0.03 C
  • Built-in temperature sensor measures liquid directly; built-in circulation pump agitates for uniform bath temperature
  • Drain port allows liquid discharge without lifting the unit
  • Square bath 10, 23 or 39 L (water-cooled), 17 L (air-cooled INR-244-757, approx. 22 kg); round 5.5 L with separate controller
  • Applications: sample/reagent temperature control, MO-CVD and diffusion furnace source gas temperature control
  • CE/UKCA marked and RoHS; UL (NRTL) on square water-cooled models
