SMC PFCQ Air Flow Controller (9 to 300 L/min, Rc1/2)

SMC PFCQ series linear-motor-driven flow controller for dry air and N2 that automatically regulates flow from 9 to 300 L/min in proportion to a command signal.

Key features

  • Linear motor valve drive; reaches set flow in 0.5 s or less (0.3 MPa differential, 300 L/min)
  • Control accuracy ±3% F.S., repeatability ±1% F.S.; grease-free wetted path
  • Analog I/O (1-5 V or 4-20 mA, NPN or PNP) or preset input with RS-485 serial communication
  • Lightweight 850 g body with Rc1/2 ports; normally closed at power off
  • Options: power cable 3 m (C), bracket (S), PFG310 digital flow monitor (M); spares PFCQ531-H1-3, -H2-3, PFCQ531-B1
