SMC PSE560 Pressure Sensor for General Fluids (SUS316L, IP65)

SMC PSE560 series pressure sensor for general fluids with SUS316L wetted parts, IP65 enclosure and 1-5 V or 4-20 mA analog output.

  • Ranges: 0 to 1 MPa, 0 to -101 kPa, -100 to 100 kPa, 0 to 500 kPa
  • Wetted parts SUS316L, grease-free, single diaphragm structure; for liquids and gases that do not corrode SUS316L
  • Ports: R1/8, R1/4 (with M5 female), Rc1/8, URJ1/4 face seal and TSJ1/4 compression fittings for semiconductor use (NPT on order)
  • Option C2: controller connector ZS-28-C; 4-20 mA type cannot connect to PSE200A
  • Accessories: Rc1/4, Rc1/8 replacement adapters (ZS-31-X175, -X188), M5 orifice ZS-48-A
