High Response Type Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Directional and Flow Control Valves. A direct-operated, feedback (closed-loop) high-response valve combining a newly developed compact high-power solenoid with a spool-position differential transformer, giving high accuracy and reliability with simple-servo-class response; the zero-lap 3C2P spool is well suited to position and pressure control. Use with a dedicated Yuken external power amplifier. Sub-plate mounting, valve size 03, rated flow 40/80 L/min at 1.5 MPa valve pressure drop. Max operating pressure 31.5 MPa, tank pressure 21 MPa. Spool forms 3C2/3C40/3C2P; meter-in/meter-out (XY). Hysteresis 0.5%. Coil 3Ω, rated current max 3 A (27 W max).
