Wet-cutting laser-welded diamond saw blades with patterned diamond sandwich segments for asphalt on medium-HP floor saws of 30-50 HP.

Key features

  • Faster cutting and longer life than traditional random-mix diamonds, with even segment wear from the sandwich design
  • Very hard bond with a high volume of tungsten carbide for durability; slanted segments every third segment protect against undercut
  • Segments are laser welded on both sides and weld strength is checked with a torque tester
