DKM 9CID-40 Clutch & Brake Motor 40W, 90 mm Frame
40 W single- and three-phase AC induction motor with built-in 24 VDC clutch & brake unit and 90 mm square frame, for frequent start/stop, positioning, indexing and incremental feeding; gear-type output shaft for direct mounting of a DKM gearbox.
Key features
- Internal clutch & brake mechanism between a continuously running induction motor and the gearbox
- Run/stop operation up to 100 times per minute
- Output shaft stops without influence of motor inertia; motor keeps rotating
- For unidirectional motion (not for frequent bi-directional start/stop)
- Clutch and brake coils: 24 VDC
