JRT Robotic Tool Changer JTCRA80B

Robotic tool changer that couples a tool plate carrying the gripper or tool to a master plate on the robot without fasteners, transferring compressed air and electrical signals between master and tool.

Ball-locking coupling; tool plate stays locked even if air supply stops
Built-in spring self-locking prevents tools and grippers from dropping when air is cut off
One robot can handle multiple grippers and tools
Optional lock/unlock detection proximity sensors (2-M8)
Silicone flange packing for air-tightness
D-sub electrical signal connector (3Ax15 or 3Ax30)
