The FMD110A series is an iron-core linear servo motor made up of a moving coil assembly (forcer) and a permanent-magnet stator track.

Key features

  • Peak force ranges from 184 to 920 N and continuous force from 61 to 306 N across the coil lengths, with an assembly envelope of 70 x 37.8 mm
  • The iron-core design provides high force density and rigidity for high-thrust axes
  • Insulation withstands AC 1500 V for 1 min (class F, 155 C), insulation resistance is 10 MOhm at DC 500 V and the operating temperature is 0 to 40 C
  • Recommended drives of about 750 W include Panasonic A6L, RS Automation CSD7, Servotronix CDHD2 and Delta A3
