TPC Mechatronics FMDH190A Series High-Force Iron-Core Linear Servo Motor

The FMDH190A series is a high-force iron-core linear servo motor made up of a moving coil assembly (forcer) and a permanent-magnet stator track.

Key features

  • Peak force ranges from 260 to 1300 N and continuous force from 130 to 650 N across the coil lengths, with an assembly envelope of 50 x 37.8 mm
  • Magnet tracks can be joined for an unlimited stroke length
  • The iron-core design provides high force density and rigidity for high-thrust axes
  • Insulation withstands AC 1500 V for 1 min (class F, 155 C), insulation resistance is 10 MOhm at DC 500 V and the operating temperature is 0 to 40 C
  • Recommended drives of about 1.5 kW include Panasonic A6L, RS Automation CSD7, Servotronix CDHD2 and Delta A3
