The GMD110A series is a coreless linear servo motor made up of a moving coil assembly (forcer) and a permanent-magnet stator track.

Key features

  • Peak force ranges from 274 to 685 N and continuous force from 91 to 228 N across the coil lengths, with an assembly envelope of 40.9 x 102 mm
  • The coreless design has no magnetic attraction force and no cogging, giving smooth motion for precision stages
  • Insulation withstands AC 1500 V for 1 min (class F, 155 C), insulation resistance is 10 MOhm at DC 500 V and the operating temperature is 0 to 40 C
  • Recommended drives of about 750 W include Panasonic A6L, RS Automation CSD7, Servotronix CDHD2 and Delta A3
