Sigma-XS single-axis SERVOPACKs with MECHATROLINK-4/III communication reference for 200 V class rotary and linear servo motors from 0.05 kW to 15 kW.

Key features

  • One unit supports MECHATROLINK-4 (100 Mbps, 62.5 us-4 ms cycle, up to 127 stations) and MECHATROLINK-III (125 us-4 ms, 62 stations), selected by DIP switch S3.
  • Position, speed and torque control via MECHATROLINK commands; standard servo profiles for MECHATROLINK-4 and -III.
  • High-speed position-passing outputs /HSO1-3 (line driver), 7 assignable inputs, USB 2.0 for SigmaWin+.
  • Code format SGDXS-[capacity]A[interface]A; hardware option positions left blank (no option). Optional suffixes printed in the key: 0001 rack-mount (R70A-330A) / duct-ventilated (470A-780A), 0002 varnish coating, 0020 dynamic-brake variants - quote on request.
  • Single-phase AC200 V input printed for R70A, R90A, 1R6A, 2R8A and 5R5A; SGDXS-120A requires hardware option 0008 for single-phase use (derate to 12 Arms for UL).
  • Regenerative resistor built in for 3R8A-330A; 470A uses external unit JUSP-RA29-E and 550A-780A use JUSP-RA05-E.
