Sigma-XW two-axis SERVOPACKs with MECHATROLINK-4/III communication reference, driving two 200 V class servo motors of 0.2 kW to 1.0 kW per axis.

Key features

  • MECHATROLINK-4 (62.5 us-4 ms) / MECHATROLINK-III (250 us-4 ms) selectable by DIP switch S3; extended address A axis 00h, B axis 01h.
  • Two axes in one unit for smaller panels and simpler wiring; regenerative energy shared between axes.
  • Single-phase AC200 V input printed for 1R6A, 2R8A and 5R5A (5R5A derated to 65% average load on single-phase).
  • 12 assignable inputs, 5 assignable outputs, USB 2.0 for SigmaWin+; option modules cannot be mounted.
  • Hardware option positions left blank (no option); key also prints 0001 rack-mount, 0002 varnish coating, 0020 dynamic-brake variants and 1000 HWBB function option - quote on request.
  • Regenerative resistor built in for all capacities; overtravel stop by DB, deceleration or coasting; gain tuning, alarm history, JOG and origin search.
