The AC800 series is a book-size, PC-based high-performance controller for large multi-axis machines, programmed with CODESYS-based InoProShop.

Key features

  • Models range from Intel Celeron to Core i5/i7 processors with 4 GB DDR4 and 64-128 GB SSD
  • Dual EtherCAT masters synchronize up to 256 axes (32 axes at 500 µs on AC810), with PLCopen, CAM, CNC and robot motion libraries
  • EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and Modbus TCP are supported, plus RS485/RS232 Modbus RTU master/slave
  • Remote I/O is expanded over EtherCAT with GL10 and GR10 modules, and a UPS option preserves data on power failure
