LS Electric XGT integrated Safety PLC modules combine an XGI-SCPU1 safety CPU on the XGT main base with SIL3 / PL e safety I/O modules connected over RAPIEnet+ remote smart expansion.

Key features

  • XGI-SCPU1 safety CPU runs standard and safety programs in one XG5000 project alongside XGI-CPUUN, XGI-CPUZ3/5/7 or XGC-CPUX7
  • Controls up to 128 safety I/O modules per CPU; up to 8 modules per XEL-BSSRT remote adapter
  • Safety input, output and mixed I/O modules with 1oo1 (PL d, Cat. 2) or 1oo2 dual-channel (PL e, Cat. 4) modes
  • Configurable test pulse outputs, input on/off delay filters and discrepancy time monitoring
  • XGP-SAC24 SELV power module for the main base and XBP-SDC42 safety power module for remote stations
  • Certified to SIL3 (IEC 61508), Maximum SIL3 (IEC 62061) and PL e Cat. 4 (ISO 13849-1); 20-year lifetime, no proof test
