SMC TAS/TAU Antistatic Tubing (Soft Nylon / Polyurethane)

SMC TA series antistatic tubing for pneumatic piping in assemblies that need static countermeasures: TAS soft nylon (flame resistant) and TAU flexible polyurethane.

Key features

  • Surface resistance 10^4 to 10^7 ohm to dissipate static electricity
  • TAS: conductive nylon + flame-resistant nylon (UL-94 V-0 equivalent), 1.2 MPa at 20C
  • TAU: antistatic polyurethane, flexible, 0.9 MPa at 20C (not for water)
  • Sizes 3.2 to 12 mm OD, black; 20 m rolls and 100 m reels
  • Recommended fittings: antistatic one-touch KA series, selected M/MS miniature fittings
  • TAU color tube version (-X100, 10^9 ohm) available made to order
