THK SR-MS is an oil-free radial LM Guide for special environments, lubricated by a solid lubricant film instead of grease. It is used from atmospheric pressure to vacuum in semiconductor and FPD equipment.

Key features

  • No grease: solid lubricant S-film on stainless steel balls
  • All components stainless steel or special-environment materials, degreased
  • Low friction and low particle generation from atmosphere to vacuum
  • Usable at high temperature (up to approx. 150 °C)
  • MSW standard block and short MSV block; CS clearance; P/SP/UP accuracy
