TPC Mechatronics 5L-TCP1 Series Long-Life Round-Body Mini Pneumatic Cylinder (Double Acting)

The 5L-TCP1 series is a long-life premium version of the TCP1 round-body mini pneumatic cylinder, double acting with a single rod, in bore sizes 6, 10 and 16 mm.

Key features

  • A special grease, special wear-resistant packings and a lubricant-retaining device give more than five times the service life of the standard product under the maker's test conditions
  • Side-load resistance is strengthened, high-speed operation is supported and external dimensions are the same as the renewed TCP1
  • Mounting styles are basic, axial foot, rod-side flange and double clevis, with an optional K environment-resistant version for fine powder and contaminants
  • A magnet and rubber cushions are built in, and it operates up to 0.7 MPa without lubrication at 5 to 60 C
