The AQS series is a thin square-tube compact pneumatic cylinder for bores of 12, 16 and 20 mm.

Key features

  • It is a double-acting, single-rod design whose tube length is about 6 to 28 percent shorter than the AQ2 series, saving installation space
  • Rubber cushions on both ends are standard, operation is non-lube, and the operating pressure range is up to 1.0 MPa with piston speeds of 50 to 500 mm/s
  • Both-end tapped mounting (shared with through holes) is standard, a built-in magnet version accepts miniature auto switches, and a male rod-end thread option is available
  • Mounting brackets are interchangeable with the AQ2 series, and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C without switch (-5 to 60 C with switch, no freezing)
