The CR/CV-NLPD is a clean-room version of the NLPD precision double-rod table cylinder for bores 20, 25 and 32 mm.

Key features

  • The CR prefix denotes a relief-port type and the CV prefix a vacuum-suction type for removing generated particles
  • A recirculating linear guide gives high rigidity and accuracy, and the dual-cylinder design increases output
  • The enlarged work mounting surface improves mounting stability
