The CR(CV)-TGQL series is a guided compact cylinder developed for clean-room use.

Key features

  • CR models have a relief port, while CV models have a vacuum suction port to draw off particles generated inside the cylinder
  • A stainless steel piston rod improves resistance to moisture and chemicals, and a dedicated low-dust grease minimizes particle emission
  • The integrated ball-bearing guide gives high lateral load resistance and accurate non-rotation
  • A magnet is built in for auto switch detection
