The NBU series is an air blow unit that floats glass panels and flat workpieces on a thin air film.
Key features
- Air jetting from the nozzle at high speed creates a pressure difference that produces a suction effect on the glass surface for stable flotation
- A flexible pad with 2 degree tilt adapts to the work surface for easy leveling and better lift
- The parallel-cut outer mounting flange allows dense arrangement for floating heavy workpieces
- Operating pressure is 0.1 to 0.5 MPa with flotation height 0.3 to 0.5 mm
