The NSUG series is a pneumatic angle damper cylinder used on conveyor and pallet transfer lines to cushion and redirect work pallets that are sensitive to shock.

Key features

  • It absorbs impact with an adjustable damper so pallets stop smoothly without rebound, and damping force is set with an adjusting spindle to match pallet mass and conveyor speed
  • Single-acting and double-acting versions are offered with A-type or B-type stopper heads and a 22 mm damping stroke
  • The unit handles pallet loads up to 60 kg, operates at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa on non-lubricated air, and mounts with M6 bolts at an ambient temperature of 5 to 60 C
