TPC Mechatronics TJ Series Floating Joint (Standard Type)
The TJ series is a floating joint that connects a cylinder rod to the driven load and absorbs eccentricity and parallelism errors between the two axes.
Key features
- It removes the need for precise centering and high-accuracy machining, shortens installation time and suits compact, high-load push-pull applications
- A dust cover gives long life and internal heat treatment provides high durability with no axial play in use
- Sizes fit cylinders from 10 to 160 mm bore with rod threads M4 to M36, allowable eccentricity 0.5 to 3 mm and swing angle of plus or minus 5 degrees
- Rated for air cylinders up to 1.0 MPa and hydraulic cylinders up to 3.5 MPa
