Power Package (Pulley-Driven, Flow-Adjusting Built-in Type). YUKEN's power package compactly integrates a small high-pressure vane pump, relief valve and oil tank, with circuits configured by stacking solenoid/modular valves. The PPF2 is a pulley-driven package incorporating a flow-adjustment mechanism that keeps the package discharge almost constant regardless of increases or decreases in the prime-mover rotation speed, making it suitable for use as a power-steering pump. Circuits can be added or changed simply by changing the stacked modular valves. Fifteen standard circuits are available (see Yuken Cat. K-48/K-49); solenoid valves use the DSG-01 series, manual selector valves the DMG-01 series. Tank capacity 3.4 L. Relief setting range 3.5-10.5 MPa (specify as MPa x 10). Minimum speed 500 r/min (at startup, at least 1000 r/min). When a flow-adjusting pulley is fitted, axle radial load 1000 N or less and thrust load 100 N or less.
