The AJ is a high pressure screw pump designed for machine tool coolant, with an internal drain hole that keeps pressure constant along the screw so the rotors are mechanically balanced.

Key features

  • It offers low noise, low pulsation, excellent self-priming, suitability for low-viscosity fluids (2-32 cSt) and excellent durability
  • Suction pressure -0.05 to 0.1 MPa, temperature 0-80 °C, noise 55-75 dB(A) at 3600 rpm; use a 25 um max suction filter
  • Available with flange outlet or relief valve (VB) and working pressures of 30-70 bar
  • Applications include machine tools, deep hole drilling, hydraulic machines, steel, paper, wind power, shipbuilding and plant industries
