TPC Mechatronics NGQ Series Guided Compact Cylinder (Slide or Ball Bearing Guide)

The NGQ series is a double-acting compact pneumatic cylinder with an integrated guide plate and two guide rods, available in bores from 12 to 100 mm.

Key features

  • It resists lateral loads and prevents rod rotation with high accuracy, with a choice of slide bearing (NGQM) or ball bearing (NGQL) guide rods
  • Side ports are fitted as standard alongside top ports, and the body can be mounted through-hole, by side, by T-slot or from the rear
  • A magnet is built in for compact auto switches (W8, W9, W20H, D-A73K) and strong-magnetic-field W2P switches
  • Rubber cushions are fitted at both ends; operating pressure is up to 1.0 MPa, ambient temperature -10 to +60 C, and no lubrication is required
  • Seal kits are available for every bore
