TPC Mechatronics NLGD Series High-Precision Table Cylinder (Dual Rod, Integrated LM Guide)

The NLGD series is a high-precision double-acting table cylinder with a table-integrated LM guide, offered in bore sizes 6, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 25 mm in standard and symmetric (L) port versions.

Key features

  • A recirculating ball guide with two rows of medium-preload balls minimizes clearance and gives higher load capacity, parallelism and running accuracy than the NLPD series
  • Positioning pin holes on the plate, table and body improve mounting repeatability, and the cylinder can be mounted from three directions
  • Operating pressure is 0.15 to 0.7 MPa, temperature -10 to 60 C and speed 50 to 500 mm/s (50 to 200 mm/s with metal stopper), without lubrication
  • Options include damper stoppers, metal stoppers and shock absorbers at either end, auto switches, and a secondary-battery compatible version
