Apex Dynamics LUG smart lubricators are 24 V DC piston-pump central lubrication units for rack-and-pinion drives, ball screws and linear guides: LUG 400 with a 400 cm3 grease cartridge and LUG 2000 with a 2000 cm3 oil reservoir.

  • Order code gives outlets and pumps: LUG-411/412/422/423/424 (LUG 400) and LUG-2102/2204/2306/2408/2510 (LUG 2000)
  • Piston pump up to 70 bar (1,000 psi), 0.15 cm3 delivery per stroke, adjustable lubrication frequency
  • Up to 16 lube points per LUG 400 with progressive distributors (56) and up to 40 per LUG 2000
  • PLC or hand-set control, memory function, system pressure monitoring and reed-switch fill-level monitoring
  • CE and ATEX certification, IP65, M16 x 1 5-pin connector; hand-set controller ordered separately
  • LUG 400 uses replaceable G-series grease cartridges; BK-01 to BK-05 fixing sockets available
