SKF TIH m Series Induction Heaters (TIH 030m, TIH 100m, TIH 220m)

SKF TIH m series induction heaters heat bearings and ring-shaped components for hot mounting, with the m20 rating stating the heaviest 231-series bearing heated from 20 to 110 C in 20 minutes.

  • Induction coil outside the housing for shorter heating time and lower energy use
  • Magnetic temperature probe with 110 C preset temperature mode, plus time mode
  • Remote control panel and two-step power setting (50% / 100%)
  • Automatic demagnetisation and thermal overheating protection
