SMC CQ2 Air-Hydro Booster (Intensification Ratio 1:7 to 1:32.6)

SMC CQ2-based air-hydro booster (made-to-order) that converts 0.5 MPa shop air into 3.5 to 14 MPa hydraulic pressure to drive high-pressure hydraulic cylinders without a pump.

Key features

  • Generates 3.5 to 14 MPa hydraulic pressure from 0.5 MPa air; no hydraulic pump required
  • Hydraulic output adjusted steplessly with an air regulator; no temperature rise trouble under continuous pressurization
  • Direct-pressure or pre-pressure (with CCT air-hydro converter) operation for lifting, automatic clamping and thin hydraulic cylinder drives
  • Seven catalog models with intensification ratios 1:7 to 1:32.6 and discharge volumes 17 to 105 cm3
  • Air ports 2 x Rc3/8; intensified oil outlet Rc1/2 or Rc1; wall or horizontal mounting
