SMC FN1/FN4 Regenerating Backwash Filter (Coolant, Rc1 / Rc2)

SMC FN1/FN4 series regenerating filter whose stacked-plate SUS304 element is backwashed by expanding it with a locking cylinder, eliminating element replacement.

Key features

No element replacement: element of stacked filter plates and wave washers is regenerated by backwashing
Cylinder compresses the element for filtering and expands it for backwash with stored liquid pushed by air
Cylindrical (5 / 20 um) or stepped two-stage (5 um, FN1) element for wide dust distributions
FN1 approx. 40 / 80 L/min (Rc1); FN4 approx. 250 L/min (Rc2) with built-in backwash chamber
Accessories: FNR storage tank for FN1, FND dust recovery filter (made to order), elements and packing sets
