SMC HED Chemical Thermo-con (Peltier, Water-Cooled, 300-900 W)

SMC HED series chemical thermo-con, a Peltier-type temperature controller with PFA heat exchanger for DI water and chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid and ammonia hydrogen peroxide.

  • PFA wetted parts (HED009: PFA, SiC) for DI water, hydrofluoric acid, ammonia-hydrogen peroxide and similar chemicals
  • Cooling capacity 300, 500, 750 or 900 W; set temperature range 10.0 to 60.0 C, stability +/-0.1 C
  • Ordered as a set (controller + heat exchanger) or as individual heat exchanger and temperature controller
  • Communication A RS-485 or B RS-232C; Pt100 class A RTD with internal/external sensor control
  • Option Y high-concentration chemical type (HED009 only) as suffix
