SMC HOWF Water-Cooled Oil Cooler (Fixed Tube Sheet, Metal Particle)

SMC HOWF series fixed-tube-sheet water-cooled oil cooler with metal particles bonded to the tubes for high heat transfer in hydraulic systems.

Key features

  • Metal particles stir the oil to create turbulence for uniform, efficient cooling
  • Half to one fifth the size of conventional oil coolers
  • Particles fused to the tube outside give several times the area of finned tubes
  • Mounted with U-bolts in any orientation
  • Single baffle fused to the particle layer: no tube/baffle contact trouble, low oil pressure drop
