SMC HRLF Thermo-Chiller (Low GWP, Dual Channel for Lasers, 400V)

SMC HRLF series low-GWP dual-channel thermo-chiller for lasers, cooling the laser source (CH1) and the optics (CH2) independently from one unit on a 3-phase 400V supply.

Key features

  • Two independent circulating circuits: CH1 19 to 37 kW for the laser source, CH2 1 kW (max. 1.5 kW) for the optics
  • Low-GWP refrigerants: R454C (GWP 146) on HRLF200, R32 (GWP 675) on HRLF300/400
  • CH1 ±0.1°C and CH2 ±0.5°C temperature stability with PID control; inverter pumps with pressure control and built-in bypass
  • Rc threads standard (CH1 Rc1, CH2 Rc1/2); F (G thread) and N (NPT) conversion-fitting versions available
  • Options as suffix: D1 CH1/CH2 conductivity control, T2 CH2 high-pressure pump (CH2 max. 3 kW), D1T2 both
  • Touch panel; IO-Link on HRLF300/400; CE (except HRLF400) and Intertek (UL) listed
