TPC Mechatronics TTS Series Telescopic Stage

The TTS Series is a multi-stage telescopic linear stage in which the slider extends together with stacked arms, giving a long travel relative to a short body length.

Key features

  • Two- to four-stage configurations are available, driven by a main ball screw with synchronized urethane timing belts moving the arms
  • Both-arm (BA), single (SG, wall or ceiling mountable) and dual (DL, two synchronized single units for wide workpieces) types are offered
  • One-way units extend in one direction, while two-way units travel forward and backward from a central home position
  • The stage is suited to loading workpieces into chambers, jig racks and other enclosed process areas; repeatability is ±0.1 mm at a recommended speed of 500 mm/s
