Standard-type color fiber amplifier with white LED and patented RGB matrix sensor for stable color mark detection on glossy aluminum-vapor-deposited packaging, colorful packaging with subtle color differences, and packaging with lot-to-lot color variation. Smart Tuning configures optimum settings with two button presses (with workpiece + without workpiece). 4x improved dynamic range vs E3X-DAC-S — no saturation even on optical mirror surfaces (99% reflectivity). 4x S/N ratio improvement via Smart Noise Reduction algorithm for subtle color difference detection. Color Mode discriminates RGB ratios; Contrast Mode discriminates RGB single-channel intensity. 11 standard color discrimination (white/red/yellow-red/yellow/yellow-green/green/blue-green/blue/blue-violet/violet/magenta) plus black. BANK 1~8 selectable, four response modes (SHS 50μs ~ GIGA 16ms). 10-30 VDC, NPN or PNP open-collector. Up to 30 units gang-mounted. Compatible with OMRON E32 series fiber heads — recommended E32-C91N (M6 coaxial reflective) for color detection on tilted glossy workpieces.
