High-Performance Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Flow Control and Relief Valves. E-series energy-saving valve that supplies only the minimum pressure and flow needed to drive the actuator; a temperature-stable meter-in flow-adjusting valve with a built-in differential transformer (LVDT) that detects throttle position for stable, high-accuracy flow control. The flow-control system is voltage-driven (DC10V input, coil 4Ω) while the pressure-control system is current-driven (coil 10Ω). Use with a dedicated Yuken power amplifier. Sub-plate mounting, valve size 03. Max operating pressure 25 MPa, max flow 170 L/min (1–170 L/min). Pilot-relief pressure range C: 2.3–18 MPa. Internal/external pilot. Hysteresis 0.5%.
