On-board electronic (OBE) two-stage linear servo valve, based on the two-stage high-speed linear servo valve with a miniaturized pilot stage and a compact integrated dedicated amplifier, realizing 'high precision, simple, convenient'. Rated flow 230 L/min. Hysteresis 0.1% or less. DC 24 V supply with command-signal input only; built-in fault-diagnosis indicator. Dry and wet pilot types selectable. Usable to NAS 1638 class 10 (ISO4406 21/19/15). Input-signal versions ±10 V / 4–20 mA / ±10 mA with spool monitor.
