Two-stage high-speed linear servo valve in which a direct-type high-speed linear servo valve acts as the pilot stage driving the main spool, achieving a large flow rate of 3800 L/min (ΔP=7MPa). Electrical feedback control of both the pilot spool position and the main spool position realizes high precision and high response. Hysteresis 0.1% or less. Usable to NAS 1638 class 10 (ISO4406 21/19/15). Available spool types 2 / 40 / 2P. Requires dedicated AMLS-D linear servo amplifier.
