Compact stainless-body high-vacuum angle valve with long-life ASL350 formed bellows, NC/NO/double-acting, NW25 to NW80.

Key features

  • Formed bellows in special stainless ASL350, 1 million cycle durability
  • Bulge-formed flow path with no dead space and no sliding parts in the wetted area (low particle)
  • Either port may be connected to the vacuum pump
  • Compact reed switch can be fitted: add switch model, lead length and detection suffix, e.g. AVB613-40K-T5H3-H
  • Made to order: soft exhaust (bypass valve built-in/external), straight flange, heated jacket versions (AVB*3-X)
